Enhancements to existing features
Adds three in-app onboarding tips to help users learn key accounting tasks on Android. The tips guide users through importing bank statements, reconciling bank statement lines, and understanding the balance sheet, making setup and daily accounting workflows easier to follow.

Add 3 Android Tips
Create new xml file in account module(account_tip_data.xml) and account_bank_statement_import module(account_import_tip_data.xml).
