[CLEAN] event_sale: lint / cleaned module, migrated event models to the new API

The event sales area was cleaned up and reorganized to follow newer internal development standards. This should make the module easier to maintain and reduce the risk of future issues, without introducing major functional changes for users.

[CLEAN] website_event: migrate to the new API + some code cleaning

PR #2882

Coremasterwebsite_eventwebsite_event_track

The website event and event track areas were updated to use a newer internal coding approach and received general cleanup. This should make future maintenance easier and reduce technical debt, with little to no immediate change for end users.
