Portal users can now read planner information without triggering an error in the web client. This prevents a broken experience when those users access areas that rely on planner data.

The web interface now includes the required icon styling for list drag handles, so users can clearly see where rows can be reordered. This fixes a visual issue in list views and makes row reordering easier to discover and use.
