Adds new website forum moderation tools to help trusted users review, flag, and manage problematic posts more efficiently. The change introduces dedicated validation, flagged, and offensive queues, improving community oversight and spam protection.

New "Moderation tools" box that hold the various moderation points,
displayed only if having at least "karma_moderation" karma.
New "Flag" link after "Delete" (available on karma_flag) when
displaying posts.
New "Validation queue", "Flagged queue" and "Offensive queue" to easily
moderate posts.

Adds a sales team dashboard that gives managers a clearer view of key sales figures and progress against targets. It also introduces user-level targets for won opportunities, completed activities, and invoiced sales orders, helping teams monitor performance in one place.
