Enhancements to existing features
The customer claims area has been updated to make claim records easier to review and follow up. Users get improved form and kanban views, quick access to related documents and calendar items, and automated follow-up support when a claim is created.

Features or functions removed from Odoo
Installing apps no longer sends users straight to individual dashboard or setup pages. This keeps the experience consistent with the app switcher, letting users choose where to go next after installation.
