Adds Latvian localisation support so businesses operating in Latvia can set up accounting with country-specific charts, taxes, and fiscal positions. This helps Latvian companies start using Odoo with less manual configuration and better demo data compatibility.

This module is based on source code of our localisation for OpenERP version 7 with some improvements (now works better with demo data).

This update refactors how timesheet work logs are stored and shown, consolidating them around analytic lines and modernizing related screens and reports. It improves consistency across projects, tasks, issues, employees, and invoicing, while restoring tests and access rules to reduce operational risk.
