[ADD] base_gengo: Demo data for Public and Private key

Adds demo configuration data for Gengo public and private keys and improves the warning shown when those keys are missing or incorrect. This helps users quickly find the right settings page to fix Gengo authentication issues.

Original PR description

- When Gengo `Public Key` or `Private Key` are incorrect/missing then a RedirectWarning message will be displayed which shows
  "Go to Gengo authentication parameters.
