Enhancements to existing features
The accounting menu has been cleaned up to remove duplicate action entries with the same name. This makes navigation clearer for users working with the Chart of Accounts and reduces the chance of selecting the wrong option.

The appraisal form now handles closing and final dates more consistently, avoiding warnings that depended on the current time. This makes it easier and more predictable to update older appraisals when business records need correction.
