Code cleanup and technical improvements
Sales service capabilities are being consolidated into the timesheet sales module because both areas now rely on the same project and sales setup. This simplifies the app structure and should make installation and maintenance easier without changing the business workflow.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: ``` * Since the last timesheets refactoring, timesheet entries are always linked to a project, and sale_service has the same dependencies as sale_timesheet. * This commit simplifies the modules hierarchy by merging two modules that have a close functionality and that were both always installed after timesheets and sales. ```
The Survey module has been migrated to Odoo's newer internal framework, with related files reorganized and tests improved. This should make the app easier to maintain and evolve while preserving the existing survey experience for users.
