New functionality added to Odoo
Odoo can now restore a database even when the installation has no existing databases yet. This helps teams recover or migrate data into a fresh Odoo setup without needing a workaround first.

This adds the ability to restore a database with a template on a clean Odoo installation. Enhancements to existing features
Accounting and Billing features are now shown separately so users only see the billing tools when Invoicing is installed. This makes the interface more focused and reduces confusion for companies using only invoicing-related workflows.
