New functionality added to Odoo
Odoo can now restore a database even when the installation has no existing databases yet. This helps teams recover or migrate data into a fresh Odoo setup without needing a workaround first.

This adds the ability to restore a database with a template on a clean Odoo installation. Adds a helpful action in Mass Mailing email templates when no records are available. This makes it easier for users to understand what to do next instead of facing an empty screen.
