Accounting journal short codes are now required in the user interface instead of being silently generated for users. This avoids confusing default codes and prevents users from getting stuck when the system cannot find an available code, while keeping automatic generation available for integrations that rely on it.

We do not generate the short code automatically for the following
reasons:
- Useless for search purpose because user cannot choose it (BNK or CSH
  is maybe not meaningful for him)
- If the system cannot generate an unused journal code, the user is
  stuck since the field is read-only in the interface.

This update reorganizes and modernizes the website event-related modules so they work with Odoo's newer internal framework. It should make event pages, ticket sales, questions, and track management easier to maintain without introducing major visible changes for users.
