Code cleanup and technical improvements
The Google Account integration was updated to use Odoo's newer technical framework and its internal structure was cleaned up. This should make the module easier to maintain while preserving the existing business functionality for users connecting Google services.

The base setup module was reorganized and updated to use the newer Odoo framework approach. This keeps configuration foundations easier to maintain while removing obsolete setup pieces that are no longer needed.
