Enhancements to existing features
Timesheet and attendance reporting has been separated so attendance insights no longer depend on the timesheet sheet feature. Older combined timesheet reports were replaced with clearer timesheet views, including pivot analysis and department filtering, making reporting easier for managers to use.

- extracts an attendance/timesheet report independent from hr_timesheet_sheet - removes the old timesheet reports (which included attendances), replaces it with views on timesheets: - moves Detailed Activities to reports & renames it - adds a pivot view - adds department related to timesheets - fixes a small bug in kanban views (useful for point above)
Return orders in Point of Sale now carry over the receipt reference from the original sale. This makes it easier for staff to trace returned products back to the exact transaction and improves return tracking.

Moreover, the field is not editable. So there is no way to find the origin order from where the return of the products done. The calendar now displays times using the user's selected language and regional time format. This makes scheduling clearer for users who expect either 12-hour or 24-hour time in calendar labels and event titles.

The customer follow-up screens were refined to make everyday collection work clearer and less repetitive. Users now see clearer progress information, cleaner labels, non-duplicated email warnings, and only relevant action buttons based on the current follow-up status.
