Resolved issues and error corrections
This fixes missing icons on two editor buttons in the mail composer. Users can now clearly recognize and use the buttons instead of seeing blank controls.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: - Issue:https://www.odoo.com/web#id=673295&view_type=form&model=project.issue&action=963&active_id=681&menu_id=4720 Current behavior before PR: - Try to send mail through mail wizard, in editor two blank buttons are visible if you click on it, works fine but icons are not visible.
