Administrators and developers can now select which debugging tool Odoo uses instead of being limited to a preset option. This gives teams more flexibility to align Odoo troubleshooting with their preferred development workflow, with documentation updated to explain the new setting.

The hardcoded debugger preference could not be desired by everyone, and somebody could want to use another such as [`wdb`](https://github.com/Kozea/wdb), so with this patch you can choose it in a new CLI option. Docs updated too.

This update corrects inconsistent capitalization in user-facing sentences so wording looks more polished and professional. It helps make the Fleet app’s text easier to read and more consistent with standard writing conventions.

## I've fixed the sentences that have some random capitals in the middle of a sentence.

Only sentences should start with a capital, not some words in the middle of a sentence.

Several fields were renamed so custom filter options no longer show duplicate labels when they perform different actions. This makes it easier for users to choose the right filter in areas like delivery, appraisals, eBay sales, CRM scoring, and signatures.
