- remove 'an email has been sent' chatter message; just send the email
  but do not spam people about it;
- tracking does not trigger specific subtype, just log the tracking;
- invitation subtype had a description not matching its use;
- renamed the calendar.event description from event to meeting

This update adds more flexible customer feedback collection for projects and issues, using simple smiley ratings sent either periodically or when tasks reach selected stages. Project and task views now show recent feedback and overall satisfaction, helping teams monitor customer sentiment during ongoing work.
