Code cleanup and technical improvements
The Pad module has been migrated to Odoo's newer application framework and its files have been reorganized. This should make the collaborative pad feature easier to maintain and align it with current platform standards, with limited direct impact on day-to-day users.

This update reorganizes and modernizes the website partner lead assignment module so it follows the newer application framework standards. It should make the module easier to maintain while preserving its partner assignment and reporting behavior for business users.
