Enhancements to existing features
This update clarifies the names and descriptions of China localization accounting modules so users can more easily choose the right chart of accounts. It also includes a correction related to the internal transfer account setup.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: refine the description and name of addons Current behavior before PR: , because COA of china have been split into as three addons, one is for base data, the other 2 are for chart of accounts, they have a similar name and description. those is very confuse for user.
