Enhancements to existing features
This update clarifies the names and descriptions of the Chinese accounting add-ons so users can more easily choose the package that fits their needs. It also corrects an account used for internal transfers in the Chinese chart of accounts templates.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: refine the description and name of addons Current behavior before PR: because COA of china have been split into as three addons, one is for base data, the other 2 are for chart of accounts, they have a similar name and description. those is very confuse for user.
