Code cleanup and technical improvements
The website quotation module was updated to use Odoo's newer internal framework and remove outdated logic. This should make online quote handling more reliable and easier to maintain without changing the main business workflow.

The HR gamification module has been migrated to Odoo's newer internal framework and reorganized to follow current module structure guidelines. This helps keep employee badges and gamification features compatible with future updates while reducing maintenance risk.
