[purchase, sale_mrp, sale_stock] Testcases for default lead time

New automated tests check that purchase, sales delivery, and manufacturing dates are calculated correctly when default lead times and route delays are configured. This helps prevent scheduling regressions that could affect order promises, purchasing dates, deliveries, and production planning.
