Enhancements to existing features
Lots or serial numbers that already have related inventory quantities can no longer have their product changed. This helps keep stock records consistent and prevents mismatches between tracked items and their recorded inventory.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: - You should not be able to change the product of a lot when it has quants related with it. Current behavior before PR: - Currently if you have product of lot you can change product. Checkout now shows an error message when applying a selected UPS service type if there is an issue. This helps shoppers understand shipping problems before payment and can reduce failed or confusing orders.

The stock accounting menus for Inventory at Date and Inventory Valuation have been combined into one clearer entry point. Users can now access valuation reporting more easily, with the report adapting based on whether a date is entered.
