[ADD] website_portal_sale: added sorting option in front end list view

Customers can now sort Quotes, Orders, Invoices, and other portal document lists from My Account. This makes it easier to find the right records quickly and brings a more consistent experience across portal pages.

Current behavior before PR:
- No sorting option in list view of 'Quotes', 'Orders' and 'Invoices' In front end under 'My Account'
