Enhancements to existing features
Project users can now combine multiple tasks into a new or existing task through a guided wizard. This helps keep project work organized by archiving duplicate or related tasks while recording clear messages that show which tasks were merged and where.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: Current behavior before PR: Desired behavior after PR is merged: -- I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr This wizard allows the users to merge some task in a new task or an existing one A user and a project are taken by default but may be configurable on the wizard. The other tasks are archived. A message is posted on the tasks to report the target and a message is posted on the target to report the origin tasks.
The expense app now includes an improved planner with new guidance pages. This helps businesses set up and manage expense processes more smoothly by giving users clearer onboarding and configuration support.
