This update corrects a broken setup configuration caused by an internal package move. It helps keep installation and packaging processes working reliably without changing business features.
Original PR description
After commit 79331ec, which is moving the old `openerp` package into `odoo`, the `setup.py` was left unstable. This fixes all the issues I could find. ## I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr
