QWeb templates now support XML namespaces in a cleaner way, adding namespace declarations only where needed. This improves compatibility for template output that relies on namespaced XML while keeping generated markup simpler.

* Adds the namespace attribute only to the highest ancestor
* Uses the reduced namespace and not the actual value

The accounting configuration pages have been reorganized to make important options easier to find and manage. This helps finance teams set up related features such as deferred revenue, reports, payment follow-up, SEPA, TaxCloud, live currency rates, and check printing with less friction.
