New functionality added to Odoo
Adds Mexican localization reports for electronic accounting, including account catalog, trial balance, journal entries, and DIOT support. This helps businesses in Mexico prepare required tax and accounting files directly from Odoo, reducing manual compliance work.

Rationale of the design explained on this video. TODO: - [x] **Remove** dependency to cfdilib and make the xsd and xml generation depends of qweb. - [x] Merge all Electronic Account reports into only one view with 3 different xml buttons to avoid 3 menus and the extra menu for journal entries.
