Resolved issues and error corrections
Belgian localization tax names and descriptions have been updated so they consistently appear in French. This removes mixed-language labels and makes accounting configuration clearer for French-speaking Belgian users.

The website sales dashboard now identifies abandoned carts more accurately by focusing on recent carts with products from known customers. This helps teams see more reliable abandoned cart figures and better assess follow-up opportunities.
