Enhancements to existing features
Repair orders are easier to manage with invoices accessible from a clear stat button and new actions to send or print repair quotations. Fees are hidden when no invoice is needed, reports show pricing only when relevant, and repair products gain a dedicated repair type for clearer setup.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: - Usability Improvements Task:https://www.odoo.com/web#id=27861&view_type=form&model=project.task&action=333&active_id=131&menu_id=4720 Pad:https://pad.odoo.com/p/r.a712ee1a6174030ec79017de50497f3c Current behavior before PR: - When invoice is created, link in displayed instead of stat button. - For sending and printing report, there is no button is available. - 'Fees' is always visible. Desired behavior after PR is merged: - When invoice is created , there should be a stat button instead of link. - Adding new buttons for sending and printing report. - Hide 'Fees' when 'No Invoice' is selected. - Add one more type(Repair) for repair product. ## I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr
