New functionality added to Odoo
Helpdesk users can now combine multiple tickets into one new or existing ticket. This keeps customer history, followers, descriptions, and tags together while archiving the older duplicate tickets, making support work cleaner and easier to track.

Enhancements to existing features
This update replaces potentially ambiguous references to “holidays” with “leaves” across HR, payroll, calendar, timesheet, and recruitment-related areas. The change makes the product language clearer for international users, especially where “holidays” can mean either vacation time or public holidays depending on region.
Code cleanup and technical improvements
This update adapts several Enterprise apps to a platform change that separates customer portal capabilities from website editing features. It keeps portal pages, payments, helpdesk, calendar, and subscription flows working while allowing the website app to focus on customization such as headers, footers, and custom pages.

The Point of Sale dashboard now shows when a session is already running and hides the option to start a new one for that register. This helps staff avoid failed attempts to open duplicate sessions and shows the correct user during closing control.
