Code cleanup and technical improvements
This update adapts several Enterprise apps to a platform change that separates customer portal capabilities from website editing features. It keeps portal pages, payments, helpdesk, calendar, and subscription flows working while allowing the website app to focus on customization such as headers, footers, and custom pages.

Task: https://www.odoo.com/web#id=30850&view_type=form&model=project.task&action=333&active_id=965&menu_id=4720 Purpose: Customer portal will be available for sale, account and project modules. Payment will be available if payment acquirers are installed. Having website installed still offers interesting opportunities: customization, header / footer customization, custom pages, front page for your enterprise, ... website module will be used for customization independently of having access to a customer portal. eCommerce and Online Quote will still depend on website as those are advanced website feature.
