The bus notification system now starts its event dispatcher only when it is actually needed, reducing unnecessary background work. It also adds a way for external platform dispatchers to inspect pending notifications and channels, improving compatibility with hosted environments such as Odoo PAAS.

Use lazy start for the bus dispatcher.
Also allow to peek the bus for notifications and listening channels

Users can now click PDF attachments in messages to preview them directly instead of needing to download or open them separately. The attachment viewer is also cleaner because previous and next arrows are hidden when there is only one attachment.
