When modules are installed or updated, Odoo now refreshes the available module list automatically. This helps ensure newly available or changed apps are recognized without extra manual steps, reducing confusion during system maintenance.

Follow up of #9133

The Website Version feature now handles clicks on the “Authorize Google” button without causing an error. This prevents users from hitting a traceback during Google authorization and keeps the setup flow working smoothly.
