This change adds a simpler -p shortcut for choosing the server's listening port. It makes setup easier to understand for new users and faster for experienced users who currently type the longer option.

For newbiew, its not clear why you set the "listening port" using an "xmlrpc" option.
For everyone, it is much shorter to type than --xmlrpc-port.
