New functionality added to Odoo
This adds the ability to schedule activities directly on employee records in HR. HR teams can better track follow-ups, reminders, and planned actions related to employees from one place.

Enhancements to existing features
Website editors can now enable a generic fixed-position menu that stays visible as visitors scroll. This improves navigation on longer pages and gives site owners more flexibility in how menus behave.

Once a sales order is validated, users can no longer delete existing order lines or add new ones. This helps preserve confirmed sales commitments and gives users a clearer message when a blocked action is attempted.

Purchase orders now include a purchase representative, making it clearer who is responsible for each order. This improves accountability and reporting across purchasing and related requisition workflows.
