[IMP] highlight drop-down "Create" actions

Drop-down options that create new records now turn orange when selected or hovered. This helps users notice they are about to create something new and reduces accidental record creation.

Original PR description

Before there war no visiual signalling and as everything was in the standard
color, the user just thought "all green, all right", and potentially created
records on the fly that he never intended to create.

This commit introduces an alerting orange once the user has selected/hovered a
create option and is about to confirm it.

This way the user is alerted, that he at least should READ TWICE what he is about to do.
