[IMP] hr_holidays : use color of hr.holidays.status to colorized the Gantt view

The Time Off Gantt view now uses each leave type's configured color, making schedules easier to scan visually. This helps managers and HR teams quickly distinguish different categories of time off when planning or reviewing availability.
