Enhancements to existing features
Mail activity types that are already being used can no longer be removed outright. Instead, they are archived, preserving existing business records while keeping old activity types out of day-to-day selection lists.

Event organizers can now customize the header and footer of printed event tickets. Printed tickets also include key attendee and event details such as attendee name, ticket type, date and time, event name, location, and barcode, making tickets clearer and more useful at check-in.
