Enhancements to existing features
This update improves how Odoo displays screens for languages that read right to left, such as Arabic or Hebrew. It helps menus, forms, calendars, chat, dashboards, and other interface elements adapt more consistently when users switch language direction in their preferences.

French accounting rules require accounting data to remain unaltered for certification purposes. This change prevents the cancel-entry module and French localization from being installed together, and moves the cancel-entry option into the dedicated cancellation module so businesses get a clearer compliance safeguard.

We would like to quickly provide individual attestation. To do that we have to ensure the inalterability of data. Current behavior before PR: Currently if l10n_fr has installed then we can cancel payment entries by the use of account_cancel module. Desired behavior after PR is merged: If l1on_fr installed -> Block account_cancel installation If account_cancel installed -> Block l1on_fr installation Give the warning message on the installation. -- I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr … accounting, block the installation of accunt_cancel module if l1on_fr has already installed and block the installation of l10n_fr module if account_cancel has already installed.
