New functionality added to Odoo
Odoo now includes Vietnamese states in its localization data, making address entry and regional selection more complete for Vietnam. This helps businesses operating in Vietnam maintain cleaner customer, partner, and company address records.

Adds a dynamic Enterprise version of the Sale/Purchase Journal report, making a report previously available in Community accessible in the Enterprise reporting experience. Users can open related journal entries directly, see ordered report lines, and export the report to PDF with improved section display and empty-state handling.
