Enhancements to existing features
A new application category called Document Signatures has been added to help organize related Odoo modules more clearly. This makes it easier for users and administrators to find signature-related features in the app/module list.

Odoo’s Sales settings now allow the default terms and conditions text to be translated. This helps businesses present standard sales terms in each customer’s language, improving localization and customer communication.

Email and chat notification handling has been streamlined to avoid unnecessary work when there are no recipients or when only limited mailing information is needed. This reduces database activity and improves overall system efficiency, especially in mail-heavy workflows, without changing visible functionality.

Follower subscription preferences are now updated in place instead of deleting and recreating subscriptions. This reduces unnecessary processing and improves test performance, with limited day-to-day business impact because the affected option is used infrequently.

In some cases when subscribing followers called may ask to force subtypes of the subscription. It means existing follower should have only asked subtypes, independently from existing subtypes. Previously it was done by unlinking and creating new followers for same partner or channel. This commit proposes to instead update missing subtypes and remove extra subtypes. It has a small impact in real life as forcing subtype is not done often. However on some tests it has an impact. The Mexican electronic invoicing module no longer shows a warning when a customer address is not marked as a billing address. This reduces unnecessary alerts because CFDI 3.3 no longer requires address information for this process.

Since CFDI 3.3 doesn't require address information, it's not anymore usefull to show a message when the customer's address is not a billing address.
Resolved issues and error corrections
An unused 'New Team' button in the Helpdesk website area was removed because it did not lead anywhere. This avoids confusing users with an action that has no effect.

Code cleanup and technical improvements
Mobile push notification handling was reorganized to run through the message notification process instead of the channel area. This internal cleanup should reduce performance overhead in mail-related operations and make future notification improvements easier.
