Resolved issues and error corrections
The project form now includes the chatter area, so users can see project change history and communicate from the project record. This fixes missed portal-message replies and broken notification redirects, improving collaboration around projects.
Original PR description
**Current behavior before PR:** User do not see project change history. User is unable to response to message from portal user.
