Customers can now both sign a quotation online and pay it through the portal, in the right order: signature first, then payment confirmation. This supports stronger customer agreement records for larger deals while preserving online payment flows, and includes fixes so related portal and invoicing steps work reliably.

Both features already existed but it was not possible to enable
both. This makes that possible. When both are enabled the quotation
first has to be signed, then it can be paid.

The online signature flow is easier to use with clearer navigation, better search, contact-linked document access, request tagging, and a guided tour. Signing screens and document dialogs were also refined for a more consistent experience, helping users prepare and complete signature requests faster.
