Payroll batch creation now only shows employees with contracts that are currently active or pending renewal. This reduces clutter for payroll teams and prevents invalid payslips from being generated for external staff or employees without eligible contracts.
Original PR description
When adding employees to the payroll, it shows all employees, even those that are 'external' or do not have a contract; which makes the filtering harder to do. This also generates a bunch of garbage playslips that can't be computed as only employees with 'open' contracts are computed on the payslips. -- I confirm I have signed the CLA and read the PR guidelines at www.odoo.com/submit-pr
