Fixes an error that occurred when opening a team member from the Sales Team assignation form. Sales users can now click a team member and view their details without interruption.

** Error on Click on Team member in Salesteam form view** Impacted versions: - 12.0 Steps to reproduce: 1. In the crm module, with lead_scoring module installed, go into Leads -> Teams Assignation 2. Click on any team to open the form view 3. In the 'Assignation' tab, click on the name of any member of the team. Current behavior: - Error Expected behavior: - Opens the form view concerning the team member
