Enhancements to existing features
When users choose not to create a backorder for remaining stock quantities, the system now skips creating one instead of creating and immediately cancelling it. This makes stock processing cleaner, reduces unnecessary records, and better matches the user's chosen workflow.

Newly created websites now start with a more polished and easier-to-edit homepage. The welcome message also uses the website name and only shows guidance when helpful, making setup clearer for users.
Resolved issues and error corrections
Point of Sale can now apply fiscal position rules that map one tax to multiple taxes, matching the behavior already available in accounting. This helps businesses handle local tax rules where an existing tax must be kept and complemented by another tax, reducing mismatches between POS sales and back-office accounting.

Before this commit, it was not possible to map one tax to multiple taxes in the point of sale, just as it is in the account module. This commit implements fiscal positions that can map to various taxes on POS. Furthermore, id adds test to secure that somewhat implicit feature on which several localisations seem to depend upon.
