[IMP] hr_contract : rename the label Contract Type to Employee Category in Groupby filter

The Group By option in employee contracts now uses the label “Employee Category” instead of “Contract Type.” This makes the wording consistent with the contract form, reducing confusion for users when filtering or grouping contract records.
