Enhancements to existing features
Adds a dedicated accounting setting to enable the Swiss QR code option instead of requiring manual technical configuration. This makes the feature easier and safer for Swiss accounting users to activate when needed.
Original PR description
commit 68dafa0620fb8e36c9a1a58da0668bede2c3699b introduced a solution to hide the Swiss QR code by default, by conditionning its display on the existence of an ir.config.parameter that one could manually add. This commits creates the ir.config.parameter and relates it with a field in the accounting settings for more convenience for when we'd need to enable it
The App Store and Play Store buttons in the settings dashboard have been moved to the last column. This keeps the dashboard organized and frees their previous space for upcoming in-app purchase information.
