Barcode nomenclature selection is no longer shown in the general company settings. It is now available where it is used, in Event and Inventory settings, making configuration cleaner and easier for users managing those apps.

We don't want to bloat the company settings with the choice of the barcode nomenclature. We move this settings to event_barcode and stock_barcodes.
